摘　　要：儿童体质健康一直是社会热点问题。和谐体育课堂因师生良性互动,营造出有助于儿童成长的学习氛围并以“寓教于乐”的教学模式促进儿童成长。《易经》为群经之首,百家之源。其中蒙卦蕴含的儿童教育理念与教学方法,值得为当今儿童和谐体育课堂的构建所借鉴。Children's physical health has always been a hot social issue.The harmonious PE classroom creates a learning atmosphere conducive to children's growth due to the benign interaction between teachers and students,and promotes students'growth with the teaching mode of"teaching in fun".The Book of Changes is the first of the group classics and the source of a hundred schools of thought.The ideas and teaching methods of children's education contained in Menggua symbols are worthy of reference in the construction of today's children's harmonious physical education classroom.
