“十四五”时期高校体育高质量发展研究——以湖南省为例  

On the High-quality Development of College Physical Education in the Tenth Five-Year Plan Period--Taking Hunan Province as an Example

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和比较法等研究方法,以湖南省高校体育为例,发现湖南省高校体育高质量发展存在以下良好基础:一是政策对高校体育建设的大力扶持;二是高校体育高质量发展潜力巨大;三是体育特色学校建设成果显著;四是大学生健身意识增强。并根据现状提出对策:调控高校总招生计划人数,加大资源投入;树立正确价值导向,引领体育教学理念;提升体育课服务质量,加速思政教学融合;完善体育教育体系,强化“终身体育”思想。By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and comparison,taking college sports in Hunan Province as an example,it is found that there are the following good foundations for the high-quality development of college sports in Hunan Province:First,the policy strongly supports college sports construction;Second,the high-quality development potential of college physical education is huge;Third,remarkable achievements have been made in the construction of sports characteristic schools;Fourth,college students'awareness of fitness is enhanced.Propose countermeasures based on the current situation:Regulating the total enrollment plan of colleges and universities and increasing the input of resources;Establish a correct value orientation and lead the physical education teaching concept;Improve the service quality of physical education class and accelerate the integration of ideological and political education;Improve the physical education system and strengthen the idea of"lifelong physical education".
