摘　　要：阐述微型热敏打印机的关键技术,通过改善烧结炉温、烧结炉风速,以及提高打印点密度的加工方法,实现全速打印速度可达每秒25行汉字,满足成品检测的要求。This paper describes the key technologies of micro thermal printers.By improving the sintering furnace temperature,sintering furnace wind speed,and increasing the printing point density,the processing method achieves a full speed printing speed of up to 25 lines of Chinese characters per second,meeting the requirements of finished product inspection.
