摘　　要：阐述电网调度自动化系统运行中的安全风险,应急预案的拟定与检索,探讨电网调度自动化系统应急预案的实用化措施,包括监控报警系统、应急系统的构架、通信接口和数据采集。This paper describes the safety risks in the operation of the power grid dispatch automation system,the formulation and retrieval of emergency plans,and explores practical measures for emergency plans in the power grid dispatch automation system,including monitoring and alarm systems,the architecture of emergency systems,communication interfaces,and data collection.
