摘　　要：阐述电网的故障诊断与控制问题,电网调度辅助决策系统中的关键技术及其实现,电网事故处理调度员辅助决策系统的软件设计。This paper describes the problem of fault diagnosis and control in the power grid,the key technologies and implementation in the power grid dispatching auxiliary decision-making system,and the software design of the power grid accident handling dispatcher auxiliary decision-making system.
