摘　　要：阐述电力系统智能化建设的特点,农村电网建设和运行维护管理中的问题,运维管理中的对策,包括构建智能节点、促进智能用电的发展、加强农电基础信息的管理、配电智能化软件的应用。This paper describes the characteristics of intelligent construction of the power system,the problems in rural power grid construction and operation maintenance management,and the countermeasures in operation and maintenance management,including building intelligent nodes,promoting the development of intelligent electricity consumption,strengthening the management of basic information of rural electricity,and the application of intelligent distribution software.
