摘 要:随着NO_(x)排放要求的提高,选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术引起广泛关注,废SCR催化剂量也因此快速增长。废SCR催化剂中含有钛、钨、钒等大量有价金属,若将其直接丢弃,不仅会引发环境污染,还会造成资源浪费等问题,故资源化回收废SCR催化剂意义重大。系统地阐述了钒钛基废SCR催化剂中钒、钨、钛的回收和分离方法,分析了钒钛基废SCR催化剂回收工艺的优缺点,展望了有价金属回收技术的未来发展方向。本研究可为废SCR催化剂的回收提供参考。With the improvement of NO_(x) emission standard,selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration technology has attracted considerable attention,and the amount of spent SCR catalyst has also increased rapidly.Spent SCR catalyst contains a large number of valuable metals such as titanium,tungsten and vanadium.If it is directly discarded,it will not only cause environmental pollution,but also cause problems such as waste of resources,so it is of great significance to recycle spent SCR catalyst.The recovery and separation methods of vanadium,tungsten,and titanium in vanadium-titanium-based spent SCR catalyst are systematically expounded,the advantages and disadvantages of the recovery process are analyzed,and the future development direction of valuable metal recovery technology is proposed.This study can provide a reference for the recovery of spent SCR catalyst.
