摘 要:烧结配矿效果的好坏直接影响烧结矿的产质量和成本,甚至影响到高炉冶炼技术经济指标。为了探究原料成分配比与烧结矿质量多指标的综合关系,提出一种基于响应面-满意度函数法的烧结原料配矿优化方法。采用响应面法Box-Behnken设计(RSM-BBD),以氧化镁的质量分数w(MgO)、氧化铝的质量分数w(Al_(2)O_(3))、碱度R(w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2)))为自变量,以低温还原粉化指数、气孔率、铁酸钙含量等质量指标为因变量,建立响应面回归模型,分别研究3个因素及其交互作用对赤铁矿型烧结矿低温还原粉化指数、气孔率、铁酸钙含量等质量指标的影响;在此基础上,再结合满意度多目标优化法,以低温还原粉化指数、气孔率、铁酸钙含量的整体满意度为目标,构建响应面Box-Behnken整体满意度函数模型(RSM-BBD-DFA)优化烧结配矿。试验结果表明,各因素对低温还原粉化指数、铁酸钙含量的影响显著程度大小为w(MgO)>R>w(Al_(2)O_(3)),对气孔率的影响显著程度大小为w(Al_(2)O_(3))>R>w(MgO);w(Al_(2)O_(3))和碱度R交互作用对烧结矿低温还原粉化指数影响极其显著,w(Al_(2)O_(3))和碱度R交互作用对气孔率、铁酸钙含量影响显著;w(MgO)、w(Al_(2)O_(3))、碱度R对烧结矿质量整体满意度影响极显著,影响大小依次为碱度R>w(Al_(2)O_(3))>w(MgO);确定的最佳原料配比w(MgO)为2.07%、w(Al_(2)O_(3))为1.96%、碱度R为2.14,基于烧结矿质量整体满意度的预测公式和试验,得到最佳原料配比下烧结矿质量整体满意度实际值(0.88)与预测值(0.90)相差不大。The effect of sintering ore blending directly affects the quality and cost of sinter,and even affects the technical and economic indicators of blast furnace smelting.In order to explore the comprehensive relationship between raw material composition ratio and multi-index of sinter quality,an optimization method of sinter raw material blending based on response surface-satisfaction function method was proposed.The response surface method Box-Behnken design(RSM-BBD)was used to establish the response surface regression model with the mass percent of magnesium oxide w(MgO),the mass percent of alumina w(Al_(2)O_(3))and the basicity Ras independent variables,and the quality indexes such as low temperature reduction degradation index,porosity and calcium ferrite content as dependent variables.The effects of three factors and their interactions on the quality indexes such as low temperature reduction degradation index,porosity and calcium ferrite content of hematite sinter were studied respectively.On this basis,combined with the satisfaction multi-objective optimization method,the response surface Box-Behnken overall satisfaction function model(RSM-BBD-DFA)was constructed to optimize the sintering ore blending with the overall satisfaction of low temperature reduction degradation index,porosity and calcium ferrite content as the goal.The results showed that the influence of each factor on the low temperature reduction degradation index and calcium ferrite content was w(MgO)>R>w(Al_(2)O_(3)),and the influence on porosity was w(Al_(2)O_(3))>R>w(MgO).The interaction between w(Al_(2)O_(3))and basicity Rhas a significant effect on the low temperature reduction degradation index of sinter.The interaction between w(Al_(2)O_(3))and basicity Rhas a significant effect on the porosity and calcium ferrite content.The effects of w(MgO),w(Al_(2)O_(3))and basicity Ron the overall satisfaction of sinter quality are extremely significant,and the order of influence is basicity R>w(Al_(2)O_(3))>w(MgO).The optimal raw material ratio w(MgO)
