放顶煤支架尾梁护帮板的研究与应用

摘　　要：放顶煤液压支架是实现放顶煤的关键,它是以高压液体作为动力由液压元件和金属构件组成的支护和控制顶板的设备,能实现支撑、推移输送机、移架和放顶煤等一整套工序,具有支护性能好、强度高、移架速度快、安全可靠等优点。为了保障安全生产,作者研究了“放顶煤尾梁护帮板”机构,作为液压支架和后部刮板机及传动部的挡墙和辅助支护机构,为安全生产和绿色开采提供保障。Top coal caving hydraulic support is the key to realize the top coal caving,it is powered by high-pressure liquid by hydraulic components and metal components of the roof support and control equipment,the utility model can realize a complete set of working procedures,such as supporting,pushing conveyor,moving frame and caving coal,and has the advantages of good supporting performance,high strength,fast moving frame,safety and reliability etc.In order to ensure the safety of production,the author studied the“top coal caving tail beam guard board”mechanism,which is used as the retaining wall and auxiliary support mechanism of the hydraulic support,the rear scraper and the transmission part,to provide security for safe production and green mining.
