摘　　要：唐朝出使云南行记产生于外交活动中,是一组能深入反映唐代云南社会实况的文献。它们为满足统治者的政治需求和社会大众的知识追求而被撰写,具有明确的政治功能和社会功能。其内容主要由记录行程和采录见闻两大要素构成,以求全面而真实地反映奉使过往。在流传过程中,唐朝使云南行记被大批史地类书籍作为参考和引证的资料,体现出较高的史料价值。可以说,这组作品不仅是朝廷周知天下的一批政治文件,还是反映唐代云南的一宗社会史料。The travel notes over Yunnan in the Tang dynasty was produced in the diplomatic activity which was a batch of documents reflecting the social reality of Yunnan in the Tang dynasty.They had been written to satisfy the political needs of the ruler and the knowledge pursuits of the public,which had clear political function and social function.The substance of them was primarily constituted by taking notes of travel and collecting what one sees and hears reflecting the come and go of the envoy comprehensively and truthfully.In the process of spreading,the travel notes over Yunnan in the Tang dynasty was used as the data for reference and quotation by a large of the historical and geographical literature,which embodied a very high value of the historical data.That batch of documents could be not only the political papers for the court to know the world,but also the social and historical data reflecting the Yunnan in the Tang dynasty.
