摘  要:目的:评估红外线体温测温设备对体温监测的准确性,为医疗机构不同预检分诊选用测温设备提供参考。方法:选取非接触式红外线体温计和立柱式红外线测温两种红外体温测量设备对门诊、急诊不同入口处进入人员体温进行测量,分析两种测温设备在不同预检分诊处的测温结果,并对两种设备使用环境进行比较。结果:立柱式红外线测量设备在门诊、急诊预检分诊处两种测温环境下测量结果分别为(35.58±1.19)℃和(34.95±4.02)℃,可正常显示测量结果。门诊一级预检分诊处两种体温测量设备体温测量比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.967,P<0.05);急诊一级预检分诊处两种体温测量设备体温测量比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.790,P>0.05)。结论:非接触式红外体温计在稳定环境下计量结果符合国家标准《医用红外体温计第1部分:耳腔式》(GB/T21417-2008)指标要求,但在低温环境下无法准确计量。立柱式红外线测温设备数据稳定性较好,可以用于人流密集的门诊、急诊入口处一级预检分诊测温;非接触式红外线体温计方便操作,可用于进入医疗机构后二级分诊处体温复测。Objective:To explore the accuracy of infrared temperature measuring equipment in temperature monitoring,so as to provide reference for different pre-examination triage of medical institutions in selecting temperature measuring equipment.Methods:Two types of infrared temperature measuring equipment,which included non-contact infrared thermometer and column-type infrared temperature measuring equipment,were selected to measure the temperature of personnel entering different entrances of outpatient department and emergency department.The measured temperature results of the two types of temperature measurement equipment at different sites of preexamination and triage were analyzed,and the usage environments of the two equipment were compared.Results:The measured results of the column-type infrared measuring equipment were respectively(35.58±1.19)℃and(34.95±4.02)℃under two kinds of environments of measuring temperature at the section of pre-examination and triage of outpatient department and emergency department,which could normally display the measured results.The difference of temperature measurements of two kinds of temperature measuring equipment at the first-level section of the pre-examination and triage of outpatient department between two kinds of temperature measuring equipment was significant(t=-2.967,P<0.05).The difference of temperature measurements of two kinds of temperature measuring equipment at the first-level section of the pre-examination and triage of emergency department between two kinds of temperature measuring equipment was not significant(t=1.790,P>0.05).Conclusion:The measurement results of the non-contact infrared thermometer can meet the requirements of the national standard<Medical Infrared Thermometers-Part 1:Ear>(GB/T21417-2008)under a stable environment,but it cannot accurately measured under low-temperature environments.The stability of the measured data of the column-type infrared measuring equipment is relatively better,which can be used at the first-level section of pre-examin
