摘  要:尿液有形成分检测对肾脏疾病及泌尿系统疾病具有重要的诊断和鉴别作用。目前市场上存在各种检测原理的尿沉渣分析仪,采用先进的流式细胞与核酸荧光染色技术、流式细胞图像分析技术和机器视觉技术等,实现尿液分析的自动化、智能化和标准化。由于尿液有形成分多样性、复杂性和仪器自身检测局限性,常导致仪器判读结果的假阴性或者假阳性,仍需经人工显微镜镜检复核。总结现有全自动尿沉渣分析仪应用现状,展望技术发展前景,未来期望通过引入自动化相差显微镜,依靠人工智能(AI)技术,提高尿沉渣检测的准确性和时效性,减少尿液有形成分的漏检率,为临床提供更准确的检验结果,为患者提供更便捷精准的诊疗。The detection of visible components of urine has importantly effects in diagnosis and differentiation for kidney diseases and urinary system diseases.At present,many kinds of urine sediment analyzers with various detection principles existed in the market.The advanced flow cytometry and nucleic acid fluorescence staining technique,flow cytometry image analysis technique and machine vision technique were adopted to realize the automation,intellectualization and standardization of urine analysis.However,the diversity and complexity of the visible components of the urine,and the limitations of machine often cause the false negative or false positive results of the judge of machine,which need the check of microscopic examination by manual operation.In this review,the application status of existing fully automatic urine sediment analyzer was summarized,and we looked into the furture for the development prospects of this technique.In the feture,the accuracy and timeliness of the urine sediment detection can be improved,and the rate of missed detection of visible components of the urine can be reduced through introduce automatic phase contrast microscope and depend on artificial intelligence(AI)technique,which can provide more accuracy detection results for clinical examination,and provide more convenient and accurate diagnosis and treatment for patients.
