摘　　要：通过掌握Artis ZeeⅢ系列DSA的主要部件和基本工作原理,以医院Artis ZeeⅢFloor型单平板落地机架数字减影血管造影(DSA)为样本,分析使用过程中遇到的球管过热和不能刻录光盘两个典型故障维修案例。典型维修案例的维修过程表明,医院设备维修工程师具有快速到达现场、熟悉设备全时状态与历史维修记录等优势,对于保证此类大型医疗设备的正常运转和在原厂工程师指导下快速确认故障点、缩短维修周期等方面均大有作为,从而充分体现临床工程师在岗位中的重要作用。Taking the Artis Zee III Floor single slab floor stand digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as an example,the main components and basic working principles of the Artis Zee III series DSA were introduced.Two typical maintenance cases of tube overheat and unrecordable CD were analyzed.It was pointed out that the hospital's own engineers have the advantages of arriving at the site quickly,being familiar with the full-time status of equipment and the maintenance history,which can play a great role in ensuring the normal operation of such large-scale medical equipment,rapidly identifying the fault points and shortening the maintenance cycle under the guidance of the engineers from the manufactory,thereby fully embodying the value of the clinical engineer's position.
