摘 要:分析脑电双频指数(BIS)麻醉深度监测系统的结构组成和工作原理,分别阐述传感器电极、信号采集器、处理主机和显示器的结构和功能特点,通过信号检测、干扰噪声、校准处理等典型故障的原因分析和排查处理,形成故障识别规范、排查内容全面、电路部件检测准确的故障处理方法,以提高临床手术患者麻醉深度的监测质量。The structural composition and working principle of bispectral index(BIS)anesthesia depth monitoring system were analyzed,the structure and functional characteristics of sensor electrode,signal collector,processing host and display were described respectively.Through the cause analysis and troubleshooting of typical faults such as signal detection,interference noise,calibration processing,etc.,a troubleshooting method with standardized fault identification,comprehensive troubleshooting content,and accurate detection of circuit components was formed to improve the quality of monitoring the depth of anesthesia in clinical surgical patients.
