摘　　要：每年的7月8日是世界过敏性疾病日。过敏性疾病患病率连年呈上升趋势,已经被世界卫生组织列为21世纪需要重点研究和防治的三大疾病之一。本文在叙事医学的框架下,从过敏性疾病的疾病史故事、过敏性疾病发展史故事、经典文学和现实生活中的过敏性疾病叙事以及过敏性疾病绘本叙事等4个维度来认识这种疾病。这些古今中外的虚构与非虚构的故事,不仅能帮助民众建立对过敏性疾病和生命健康的正确认知,还是进行医学人文课程思政和伦理教育的理想文本。"World Allergic Disease Day"is commemorated every year on the 7th,July.Allergic disease have been named by the World Health Organization as one of the three key diseases in the 21st century.The incidence of allergic disease keeps rising in recent years.Framed by narrative medicine,the article is dedicated to understanding allergic diseases from the following dimensions:the scientific and historical narrative of allergic disease,allergic disease-related stories in China and in the West,Allergic Disease narrative in literary works and the narratives of autopathography as well as picture books about patients with allergic diseases.These allergic disease narratives,both ancient and modern,fiction and non-fiction can not only popularize the basic knowledge of these diseases in a readable and plottable way,but also serve as ideal texts for medical education as well as humanistic and ethical practice.
