关于民族史学科持续发展的几点看法

摘　　要：作为土生土长的学科,民族史学在民族学和历史学中都占有重要地位。虽有由热转冷趋暖的曲折历程,但民族史学始终是一门有着生命力的学问,不会因为新的热点问题、时髦话语不断出现而降低它在人文社会科学中的地位。民族史学欲持续健康发展,需在如下方面持续用力:一是坚持守正创新,遵循学科发展规律,进一步凝炼学科方向;二是坚持引育结合、以育为主的原则,努力建好学科队伍;三是突出特色,打造品牌;四是采取切实措施,引导学科人员产出标志性成果、精品力作,不断夯实学科基础,扩大学科影响力。The academic discipline of ethnic histories with indigenous features plays an important role in ethnology and historical science.Although it has experienced ups and downs in its development,it has always been a branch of learning with full vitality.The constant emergence of new hot issues or fashionable terms will not weaken its important position in the humanities and social sciences.For the sustainable and healthy development of the academic discipline of ethnic histories,we should make continuous efforts in the following aspects:firstly,it is necessary to adhere to the good traditions and innovation,follow the laws of disciplinary development,and refine the disciplinary orientation;secondly,it is necessary to follow the principle of integrating international talent-recruitment with domestic talent-training with the latter as the main focus,and strive to build a multi-disciplinary team;thirdly,it is necessary to highlight its characteristics and make distinctive brands;fourthly,it is necessary to take practical measures to guide the scholars concerned to create landmark achievements and high-quality products while continuously consolidating its disciplinary foundation and expanding its disciplinary influence.
