摘  要:微波功率计配接峰值功率探头,可以测试脉冲调制信号的幅度和时间参数。为保证微波功率测试的准确度,在测试之前,需要对功率探头和主机进行校准。传统的功率标准在功率计主机内部,通过将探头接到主机校准源端口,再执行校准操作。本文介绍一种新技术,探头内部自带校准电路,采用内部校准技术,无需离开被测件即可校准,无需断开信号输入即可校零,简化了测试步骤,提高了峰值功率探头校准的速度,从而提升了测试效率。The microwave power meter is equipped with a peak power sensor,which can test the amplitude and time parameters of pulse modulated signals.To ensure the accuracy of microwave power testing,it is necessary to calibrate the power sensor and host before testing.The traditional power standard is located inside the power meter host by connecting the sensor to the calibration source port of the host,and then performing calibration operations.This paper introduces a new technology,which has a built-in calibration circuit inside the sensor and uses internal calibration technology.It can be calibrated without leaving the tested object or disconnecting the signal input,simplifying the testing steps and improving the speed of peak power sensor calibration,thereby improving testing efficiency.
