摘　　要：基于日常生活中常见的旋紧式瓶盖产品,本研究设计了一款兼具实用性、通用性、高效卫生的智能瓶盖开启装置。该装置包含三大机械结构以及一个控制模块,机械结构分别有升降机构、旋盖机构、以及固定机构,以电机作为它们的动力源,能达到开盖、封盖的功能效果。控制模块采用单片机,简单编程既能实现本研究设计装置中所需要的控制流程。同时为提升产品性价比,降低生产成本,本设计采用简单轻型电机以及电缸,搭配机械结构实现开盖、封盖功能。Based on commonly used screw-on bottle cap products in daily life,this article designs an intelligent bottle cap opening device that is practical,versatile,efficient and hygienic.The device consists of three main mechanical structures and a control module,which include a lifting mechanism,a rotating cover mechanism,and a fixed mechanism.The motor is used as their power source to achieve the functional effect of opening and closing the cover.The control module adopts a micro-controller,and simple programming can achieve the control process required in the device designed in this paper.At the same time,in order to improve the cost-effectiveness of the product and reduce production costs,this design adopts a simple lightweight motor and electric cylinder,combined with a mechanical structure to achieve the functions of opening and closing the cover.
