摘 要:本文主要探究了拉线-金具系统风载荷与疲劳寿命的计算方法。文章以特高压输电线路拉线塔上的拉线-金具系统作为研究对象,首先使用概率密度函数计算该系统的风载荷,随后构建单柱拉线塔仿真模型,改变风载荷条件,模拟拉线塔在不同条件下的风振响应,并绘制疲劳破坏区的应力时程曲线。利用“雨流计数法”求出拉线-金具系统疲劳区的应力幅循环次数,在此基础上基于Miner线性累积疲劳损伤理论估算出拉线-金具系统的疲劳寿命,为检修工作的开展提供了依据。This paper mainly discusses the calculation method of wind load and fatigue life of wire-fixture system.This paper takes the wire-fixture system on the cable tower of UHV transmission line as the research object.Firstly,the wind load of the system is calculated using the probability density function.Then,the simulation model of the single column cable tower is constructed to simulate the wind vibration response of the cable tower under different conditions by changing the wind load conditions,and the stress time history curve in the fatigue failure zone is drawn.The number of stress amplitude cycles in the fatigue zone of the wire-fixture system is obtained by using the"rain-flow counting method",and the fatigue life of the wire-fixture system is estimated based on the Miner linear cumulative fatigue damage theory,which provides a basis for the maintenance work.
