摘 要:我国油页岩/中—低熟页岩油的资源潜力巨大,建立准确的描述油页岩原位热解的化学反应模型是实现油页岩原位开采的关键技术之一。国内相关研究大多借鉴现有的总包反应模型、平行一级反应模型、串联一级反应模型等,并且大多都是对总转化率的预测,不适用于油页岩原位加热开采产物预测。在国内外相关研究的基础上,该文提出了一种适用于油页岩原位加热开采的产物产率预测的生烃动力学模型:首先,基于生烃理论,构建连串平行一级反应产物产率数学模型;其次,开展黄金管封闭体系生烃热模拟实验;最后,对结果进行分析,初步构建生烃反应路径模型,并对待定参数进行标定计算。所构建的模型能准确描述油页岩原位热解生烃反应过程,对产物产率进行预测,对油页岩原位热解开采具有十分重要的理论意义和实际意义。The resource potential of oil shale/middle-low mature shale oil in China is huge.Establishing an accurate chemical reaction model for in-situ pyrolysis of oil shale is one of the key technologies to realize in-situ oil shale exploitation.Domestic researches mostly refer to the existing total inclusion reaction model,parallel first-order reaction model and series first-order reaction model,etc.,and most of them are the prediction of total conversion rate,which is not applicable to the products prediction of in-situ heating of oil shale.Reference to relevant domestic and international research,a hydrocarbon-generation kinetic model is proposed in this paper,which is suitable for predicting the products yield of in-situ heating of oil shale.Firstly,a series of parallel first-order reaction product yield mathematical model is constructed based on the hydrocarbon-generation theory.Secondly,the thermal simulation experiment of hydrocarbon generation in the closed system of gold pipe is carried out.Finally,the results are analyzed,the hydrocarbon generation reaction path model is preliminarily constructed,and the undetermined parameters are calibrated and calculated.The model can accurately describe the hydrocarbon generation reaction process of in-situ pyrolysis of oil shale and predict the product yield,which has very important theoretical and practical significance for in-situ heating of oil shale.
