摘  要:在复杂电磁环境下,信号在传输过程中易受干扰,需要采用隔离传输技术以提高信号传输模块的抗干扰性能。为此,该文提出一种基于VFC110的可自调零的压频-频压信号隔离传输电路。该电路首先在发送端将电压信号转换为频率信号,由光纤实现频率信号的远距离隔离传输,并在接收端将频率信号还原为电压信号。为解决零点漂移问题还设计了自调零模块,可通过远程给出触发信号实现输出零点的自动调节。经测试,该信号隔离传输电路可传输0~10 V电压信号,在该范围内的线性度小于1.5%,平均延时约为33 us。最后基于一套32 kV/200 mA高压电源进行了信号隔离传输测试,进一步验证了该电路用于复杂电磁环境下信号传输的可靠性。这种基于光电耦合技术的信号隔离传输电路具有隔离性能好、抗干扰性强等优点,十分适合用于电路实验教学,能够有效加深学生对隔离传输技术的认识。In complex electromagnetic environments,signals are susceptible to be interfered during transmission,and the isolation transmission technology is needed to improve the anti-interference performance of signal transmission modules.Therefore,this paper proposes a self-zeroing V/F-F/V signal isolation transmission circuit based on VFC110.The circuit firstly converts the voltage signal into a frequency signal at the transmitting end,and then the frequency signal is transmitted through the optical fiber to realize the long-distance isolation transmission.Finally,the frequency signal is reverted to the voltage signal at the receiving end.To solve the problem of the zero drift,a self-zeroing module has been designed,which can automatically adjust the output zero point by remotely providing a trigger signal.After testing,the signal isolation transmission circuit can transmit 0~10 V voltage signals.In this range,the linearity is less than 1.5%,and the average delay is about 33 us.Finally,the signal isolation transmission test was carried out based on a set of 32 kV/200 mA high-voltage power supply,which further verifies the reliability of the circuit in complex electromagnetic environments.This kind of signal isolation transmission circuit based on the photoelectric coupling technology has advantages such as good isolation performance and strong anti-interference,which is very suitable for circuit experimental teaching and can effectively deepen understanding of isolated transmission technology of students.
