摘  要:该实验设计将科研成果中的深共融溶剂——氯化胆碱/对甲基苯磺酸(ChCl/PTSA)作为反应的溶剂和催化剂,合成了3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮。深共融溶剂价廉易得,合成工艺简单,制备过程不产生任何废弃物,绿色环保,为3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮的合成提供了一个低成本、高效绿色的实验教学新方案,符合实验教学和绿色化学要求。该实验过程不仅涉及回流、抽滤、重结晶等基本实验操作,还包含结构表征、谱图分析、产物纯度分析等重要环节,有效提升了学生的综合实验技能和科研素养,有利于培养学生的绿色化学思维。The deep eutectic solvent-choline chloride/p-methylbenzene sulfonic acid(ChCl/PTSA)from scientific research results is used as solvent and catalyst for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2(1H)-one in this experimental design.Deep eutectic solvent posses the advantages of low-cost,easy to obtain,simple synthesis without any waste,green and environmentally friendly.It provides a new low-cost,efficient and green experimental teaching scheme for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2(1H)-one,which meets the requirements of experimental teaching and green chemistry.The experiment process not only involves basic experimental operations such as reflux,suction filtration and recrystallization,but also includes important links such as structural characterization,spectrum analysis and product purity analysis,which effectively improves students'comprehensive experimental skills and scientific research literacy,and is conducive to cultivating students'green chemistry thinking.
