摘  要:活塞是发动机中最重要的零部件之一,工作中要承受周期性热负荷和机械负荷冲击,活塞的工作状态直接决定着发动机的使用寿命,高温、高压的工作环境使承载最大机械应力的活塞销孔部位面临着更大的考验。随着发动机性能的日益提高,活塞所承受的燃气压力和惯性力不断增大,作为支撑部分的活塞销孔负荷显著增加,在最高燃烧压力下,活塞销轴和销孔都会发生弯曲变形,活塞销与活塞销孔之间的摩擦还产生着高温负荷。因此有必要对活塞销孔处进行有限元分析,通过改变销孔的几何结构来改善应力分布情况,降低销孔内侧应力集中,提高活塞的承载能力。Piston is one of the most important parts in the engine,working to withstand the impact of periodic thermal load and mechanical load,the working state of the piston directly determines the service life of the engine,the high temperature,high pressure working environment makes the maximum mechanical stress bearing piston pin hole parts face a greater test.With the increasing performance of the engine,the gas pressure and inertia force borne by the piston are increasing.As a supporting part,the load of the piston pin hole increases significantly.Under the highest combustion pressure,the piston pin shaft and the pin hole will be bent and deformed,and the friction between the piston pin and the piston pin hole also produces high temperature load.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out finite element analysis on the pin hole of the piston,improve the stress distribution by changing the geometric structure of the pin hole,reduce the stress concentration inside the pin hole,and improve the bearing capacity of the piston.
