摘  要:分析我国部分地域复杂地形天候条件下,工程机械液压系统的几种常见故障及应急维修方法。结合我国经济建设中工程机械应用各种环境的具体特点,针对高温酷暑、潮湿盐雾、风沙扬尘等典型地形与恶劣气候条件,研究与之对应的工程机械液压系统性能变化,提出工程机械液压系统维修过程中的应急处理方法和注意事项,为工程机械操作、维修人员的高效安全作业提供理论帮助与实践方案。This paper analyzes several common faults and emergency treatment methods of hydraulic system of construction machinery under complex terrain and weather conditions in some regions of China.Combined with the specific characteristics of various environments in which construction machinery is applied in China’s economic construction,and in view of the typical topography and harsh climatic conditions such as high temperature and heat,wet salt fog,wind,sand and dust,the corresponding performance changes of the hydraulic system of construction machinery are studied,and the emergency handling methods and precautions in the maintenance of the hydraulic system of construction machinery are proposed,providing theoretical help and practical solutions for the efficient and safe operation of construction machinery operators and maintenance personnel.
