摘 要:为满足排放升级,增强产品竞争力,工程机械用柴油机由机械式燃油系统升级为电控高压共轨系统,并逐步增加后处理,以满足越来越严苛的排放法规要求。本文以50装载机用柴油机为例,介绍了柴油机由非道路二阶段排放升级为非道路三阶段、非道路四阶段排放的开发过程及典型市场故障、解决方案等,为其他非道路产品的排放升级提供参考。In order to meet the emission upgrade and enhance product competitiveness,the diesel engine used in construction machinery has been upgraded from mechanical fuel system to electronically controlled high-pressure common rail system,and the reprocessing has been gradually added to meet the increasingly stringent emission regulations.Taking 50 loader diesel engine as an example,this paper introduces the development process of diesel engine upgrading from non-road two-stage emissions to non-road three-stage emissions and non-road four-stage emissions,as well as typical market failures and solutions,etc.,providing reference for other non-road product emissions upgrading.
