摘　　要：空气流量传感器担负着向电脑传递进气量大小信号的任务,是汽车电控系统中非常重要的一个元器件,它的工作性能对发动机是否正常工作有着直接的影响。本文以2015款大众迈腾1.8T轿车在行驶过程中突然熄火无法着车为项目引入,采用诊断仪对其故障现象进行故障诊断及原因分析,诊断结果表明其故障现象是由于其空气流量传感器工作不良导致的。然后具体介绍了热膜式空气流量传感器的安装位置、结构及组成、工作原理以及检测方法,最后给出迈腾1.8T轿车电路图,并提供了故障诊断和故障排除的思路。The air flow sensor is responsible for transmitting the signal of air intake volume to the computer.It is a very important component in the automobile electronic control system.Its working performance has a direct impact on the normal operation of the engine.This paper introduces the project of the 2015 Volkswagen Maiteng 1.8T sedan which suddenly stalls and cannot start when driving.It uses a diagnostic instrument to conduct fault diagnosis and cause analysis on its fault phenomenon.The diagnosis results show that its fault phenomenon is caused by the poor operation of its air flow sensor.Then the installation position,structure and composition,working principle and detection method of the hot-film air flow sensor are introduced in detail.Finally,the circuit diagram of the Maiteng 1.8T car is given,and the idea of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting is provided.
