摘  要:为有效检测出电网的电量负荷曲线,提出大数据下互补园区电网容量节能配置方法。通过拉普拉斯特征映射法降维处理电网高维数据;采用双层规划方法获取电网的电量平均负荷功率,构建电网容量最佳节能配置方案;利用综合资源战略规划(IRSP)方法构建多能互补园区的电网容量节能配置模型,通过PSO算法求解,完成电网容量节能配置。实验结果表明,运用该方法对电网容量进行节能配置时,可以有效检测出电网的电量负荷曲线,节能配置的成本较低、电量数据的覆盖性能较好。In order to effectively detect the power load curve of the power grid,an energy-saving configuration method of the power grid capacity in the complementary park under big data is proposed.High-dimensional data of power grid is processed by Laplace feature mapping method.Then,bilevel programming method is adopted to obtain the average load power of power grid,and the optimal energy-saving configuration scheme of power grid capacity is constructed.Finally,the Integrated Resource Strategic Planning(IRSP) method is used to construct the energy-saving allocation model of power grid capacity in multi-energy complementary parks,and the PSO algorithm is used to solve the energy-saving allocation of power grid capacity.The experiment results show that when this method is used for energy-saving allocation of power grid capacity,the power load curve of power grid can be effectively detected,and the cost of energy-saving allocation is low and the coverage of power data is good.
