摘 要:为规避电力营销风险,提升稽查管理水平,设计基于数据挖掘的电力营销稽查“智检”机器人系统。以B/S架构为基础,调用后台数据库管理模块存储的记录型和文件型数据,通过数据的选择、清洗以及变换等数据预处理过程,采用K-means算法聚类用电轨迹特征识别用户用电情况,通过信息管理及营销工作、运营状态检测等子模块,进行电力营销稽查“智检”。算例分析结果表明:该系统可满足电力公司营销稽查智检业务的作业需求,数据聚类效果好,系统数据管理最坏时间复杂度低,通信性能与存储性能较强。In order to avoid the risk of power marketing and improve the inspection management level,a “intelligent inspection” robot system for power marketing inspection based on data mining is designed.Based on the B/S architecture,the recorded and filed data stored in the background database management module are called.Through the data preprocessing processes such as data selection,cleaning and transformation,the K-means algorithm is used to cluster the characteristics of power consumption trajectory,identify users' power consumption,and carry out “intelligent inspection” of power marketing inspection through sub modules such as information management,marketing work and operation status detection.The results of example analysis show that the system meets the operation requirements of marketing inspection intelligent inspection business of power companies,has good data clustering effect,low worst-case time complexity of system data management,and strong communication and storage performance.
