摘  要:目前氮化铝陶瓷银浆存在的主要问题是附着力低。笔者研究了玻璃化学成分、添加剂及银粉对氮化铝陶瓷银浆性能的影响。结果表明,在玻璃原材料里加入适量的白砂糖,在高温熔炼玻璃时,白砂糖将玻璃中的二氧化钛部分还原成金属钛,是氮化铝陶瓷银浆附着力提高的关键措施。优化配方使用混合银粉,加入添加剂,选用合适配方的玻璃粉,所得银浆料的印刷性能、方阻、附着力与焊料的润湿性及耐焊性等各项指标符合要求。Low adhesion is the main problem in silver paste of aluminum nitride ceramics.The effects of glass chemical com-position,additives and silver powder on the properties of silver paste of aluminum nitride ceramics were studied.The re-sults showt,add the right amount granulated sugar to the raw glass material,when glass is melted at high temperature,the titanium dioxide part of the glass is reduced to titanium,It is the key measure to improve the adhesion of silver paste of AIN ceramics.Optimize the formula using mixed silver powder,add the additive,choose the right formula of glass pow-der,The silver paste printability,sheet resistivity,adhesion,wettability and soldering resistance are all meet the require-ments..
