摘  要:笔者利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定锂含量,并对其测量不确定度进行评估。通过合理地建立数学模型,详细分析不确定主要来源,对测量重复性、锂标准溶液、标准溶液稀释、样品溶液中锂浓度、样品质量称量引入的测量不确定度分量进行评定,并计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。根据量化结果可知:标准曲线线性回归方程和测量重复性对不确定度影响最大。在测量过程中,可通过提高标准曲线的可靠性和相关性,并适当增加平行测定次数,来降低测量不确定度。Lithium content is determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated.By establishing a reasonable mathematical model,the main sources of uncertainty are analyzed in detail;The measurement uncertainty components introduced by the measurement repeatability,lithium standard solution,standard so-lution dilution,lithium concentration in sample solution,and sample quality weighing are evaluated;The combined stand-ard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated.According to the quantitative results,the linear regression equation of standard curve and the measurement repeatability affect the uncertainty most.In the measurement process,the measure-ment uncertainty can be reduced by improving the reliability and correlation of the standard curve,and increasing the num-ber of parallel measurements appropriately.
