摘　　要：从漏检案例出发,探讨了三种适用于全文库高效检索的检索策略,包括基于发明构思的细节结构提炼精准关键词、有效使用技术效果关键词和敏感捕捉“巧妙词”,论证了有针对性的全文库检索在检索过程中的重要性,能够提高全文库检索的有效性和准确性,对从事专利检索、专利代理及企业知识产权相关工作者的检索实践具有实际的参考价值。Based on the missed detection cases,this paper discusses three efficient database retrieval strategies,including extracting precise keywords based on invention details,effectively using technical effect keywords,and sensitive capturing “clever words”.It demonstrates the importance of targeted database retrieval in the retrieval process,which can improve the ef fectiveness and accuracy of database retrieval,and has practical reference value for the retrieval practice of patent retrieval,patent agency and enterprise intellectual property related workers.
