摘　　要：网络证据无论是在检索还是使用上,均具有其自身的特点,了解并灵活运用网络证据,能够提高审查员的审查质量。文章结合审查案件的特点对网络证据的检索、网络证据的常见类型进行了总结,并通过审查实践中的具体案例对如何运用网络证据加以说明。Network evidence has its own characteristics in both searching and use.Understanding and flexibly using network evidence can improve the quality of reviewers? review.This article summarizes the retrieval of network evidence and the common types of network evidence based on the characteristics of the review case,and explains how to use network evidence through specific cases in the review practice.
