河南省城镇化与城市土地集约利用耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：城镇化是经济社会发展的产物,与土地集约利用息息相关,二者密切联系又相互影响,同时,二者耦合协调才能促进经济社会的健康发展。本文以河南省为研究区域,构建城镇化与城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用均方差法对数据进行处理,并构建耦合协调发展度模型;以2010—2018年河南省18个省辖市城镇化的发展为研究专题,度量城镇化与城市土地集约利用之间的协调关系。结果表明:(1)2010—2018年,河南全省的土地集约利用与城镇化水平均处于上升状态,个别城市小幅波动,二者耦合协调综合指数不断提高;(2)从城市发展类型来看,7个城市属于超前型,8个属于滞后性,仅有3个属于同步型;(3)从协调度空间格局分布来看,没有不协调的地区;(4)各地区间城镇化水平和集约利用水平相差很大,高水平和较高水平协调区主要集中在郑州西部和北部地区,以及许昌的西部和北部地区;较低水平协调区主要分布在南部和东部地区,低水平协调区仅分布在东北部的濮阳市。Urbanization is the result of socioeconomic development,and is closely related to intensive land utilization.Urbanization and intensive land utilization are mutually influenced.Only the coupling and coordination of the two can promote healthy development of social economy.Taking Henan as a case study,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for urbanization and urban land intensification.It uses mean square variance method to process the data,and constructs a coupled and coordinated development degree model.It focuses on the urbanization of 18 provincial cities in Henan and measures the coordination relationship between urbanization and urban land intensification.The findings are as follows:(1)From 2010 to 2018,the level of land intensive use and urbanization in Henan is on the rise,and the coupling and coordination comprehensive index of the two fluctuates slightly.(2)From the perspective of urban development type,7 of the 18 provincial cities belong to the advanced type,8 belong to the lagging type,and only 3 belong to the synchronous type.(3)From the perspective of spatial pattern distribution of coordination,there are no uncoordinated areas in Henan.(4)The level of urbanization and intensive utilization varies greatly between regions,with high and higher level coordination areas mainly concentrated in the western and northern regions of Zhengzhou and the western and northern regions of Xuchang,low level coordination area in the southern and eastern regions,and the lower level coordination area is only distributed in Puyang.
