工农城乡赋能:由强调单向作用向互促互补拓展

摘　　要：进入新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在中国式现代化的推进过程中,将“工农互促、城乡互补、协调发展、共同繁荣”明确为新型工农城乡关系的目标内涵,工农城乡赋能发生了历史性拓展。基于新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,工农相互赋能由强调单向作用的以工促农拓展为强调双向作用的工农互促,明确了工业与农业要相互赋能和实现共同发展;基于城镇和乡村是互促互进、共生共存的认识,城乡相互赋能由强调单向作用的以城带乡拓展为强调双向作用的城乡互补,明确了城镇与乡村要相互赋能和实现互补互进。工农城乡相互赋能由强调单向作用的以工促农向互促互补拓展,是基于历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑形成的,是对马克思主义工农城乡相互作用关系理论的丰富发展。The CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core defined “mutual promotion between industry and agriculture,urban and rural complementarity,coordinated development,and common prosperity” as the goal and connotation of the new industrial and agricultural urban-rural relationship in the promotion of Chinese modernization after entering the new era.The empowerment of workers,peasants,and urban and rural areas has undergone a historic expansion.Based on the development of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the mutual empowerment of industry and agriculture has shifted from emphasizing one-way effects to two-way effects.It is clear that industry and agriculture should be mutually empowered and achieve common development.Based on the understanding that urban and rural areas promote and coexist with each other,the mutual empowerment of urban and rural areas has shifted from emphasizing one-way effects and expanding urban and rural areas to emphasizing two-way effects and complementing urban and rural areas.It is clear that urban and rural areas should be mutually empowered and achieve complementarity and mutual progress.The mutual empowerment of workers,farmers,and urban and rural areas has expanded from emphasizing one-way promotion to mutual promotion and complementarity.It is based on historical,theoretical,and practical logic,and is the development of the interaction between workers,peasants,and urban and rural areas in Marxism.
