摘　　要：在人口态势发生重大转变和工资快速上涨的时期,探索工资对提升制造业高质量创新的作用机制,对于落实创新驱动发展战略和扎实推进共同富裕具有重要的理论和现实意义。使用中国规模以上工业企业数据和337个地级及以上城市专利数据,分析工资对制造业高质量创新的影响及其路径,并对影响机制进行探究。研究结果显示,无论在企业层面还是在城市层面,工资上涨对制造业创新数量、创新质量均具有显著的促进作用;人力资本效应、效率工资效应和资本替代效应是工资影响制造业高质量创新的中间机制。本研究为探究制造业高质量创新提供量化分析的依据,对此需加强人力资本积累、支持资本替代等技术升级的具体政策手段。During a period of major shifts in demographic dynamics and rapidly rising wages,exploring the mechanism of the role of wages in enhancing high-quality innovation of manufacturing has important theoretical and practical significance for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and solidly promoting common prosperity.This paper uses China’s above-scale industrial enterprises data and patent data of 337 prefecture-level and above cities to analyze the impact of wages on high-quality innovation in manufacturing and its path,and further explores the impact mechanism.The results of the study show:at both the firm and the city level,labor wage increases have a significant contribution to the quantity and quality of innovation in manufacturing;the capital substitution effect,human capital effect and efficiency wage effect are intermediate mechanisms by which labor wages affect high-quality innovation in manufacturing.This study provides a basis for quantitative analysis to explore high-quality innovation in manufacturing,and accordingly provides useful references for specific policy instruments to enhance human capital accumulation and support capital substitution for technological upgrading.
