劳动力市场化配置对我国共同富裕的影响研究

摘　　要：识别影响共同富裕的关键因素是实现我国“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标的前提条件。使用2011-2020年间我国261个地级市及以上城市面板数据,通过最小二乘法研究了劳动力市场化配置对共同富裕的影响效应,并检验了产业结构高级化在劳动力市场化配置影响共同富裕过程中的中介作用。研究发现,劳动力市场化配置对共同富裕产生显著正向影响,通过提高劳动力市场化配置水平能够促进我国共同富裕;劳动力市场化配置对我国共同富裕的影响效应受到地理、文化、政策等方面的约束,存在明显的差异性;劳动力市场化配置能够通过影响产业结构高级化显著促进我国共同富裕,产业结构高级化是劳动力市场化配置影响我国共同富裕的重要机制。研究结论和对策建议,能够为新时代我国促进共同富裕提供事实依据和政策参考。Identifying the key factors affecting common prosperity is a prerequisite for realizing the country's 14th Five-Year Plan and 2035 vision goals.Using the panel data of 261 prefecture-level cities and above from 2011 to 2020,this paper studies the influence of labor market allocation on common prosperity through least square method,and tests the mediating role of industrial structure upgrading in the influence of labor market allocation on common prosperity.The findings are as follows:Marketization of labor force has a significant positive impact on common prosperity and improving marketization of labor force can promote common prosperity;The influence of labor market allocation on common prosperity is restricted by geography,culture and policy,and there are obvious differences;Labor marketization can significantly promote common prosperity through affecting industrial structure upgrading which is an important mechanism for labor marketization to affect common prosperity.The research conclusion and the countermeasures and suggestions can provide the fact basis and policy reference for promoting common prosperity in the new era.
