摘 要:为减少露天矿山生产过程的无效剥离,降低生产剥采比,提高矿山经济效益;针对安家岭露天矿原有设计边界,根据矿山境界优化影响因素,探讨了安家岭露天矿东南部矿界拐角区域采掘境界优化问题;通过对矿山生产实际分析,提出了安家岭矿东南部区域采掘境界的4种优化方案,并通过经济比较对方案进行了优选。研究结果表明:通过对安家岭矿东南部拐角区域优化设计,将上部采掘边界缩界,可有效降低该区域无效剥离,可增加经济效益5782万元,减少二采区剥离物料运输费用2478万元。In order to reduce the ineffective stripping in the production process of open-pit mines,reduce the production stripping ratio and improve the economic benefits of mines,the optimization of the mining realm in the corner area of the southeast corner of Anjialing Open-pit Mine is discussed according to the original design boundary of Anjialing Open-pit Mine and the influencing factors of the mine realm optimization.Through the actual analysis of mine production,four optimization schemes of mining boundary in the southeast of Anjialing Coal Mine are put forward,and the schemes are optimized by economic comparison.The research results show that through the optimization design of the corner area in the southeast of Anjialing Mine,the upper mining boundary is narrowed,which can effectively reduce the ineffective stripping in this area and save 57.82 million yuan stripping cost for the mine,and reduce the stripping material transportation cost of 24.78 million yuan in the second mining area.
