摘  要:针对现有测井仪中的扶正类仪器扶正力仅与受力点的位移有关、而与仪器推力无关且缓冲类仪器仅具有缓冲功能的情况,通过在新型缓冲短节上设计自适应扶正结构,使新型缓冲短节在保持原有的缓冲功能基础上增加了扶正功能与自动脱阻功能。扶正力可随仪器阻力的增大而增大,而持续增大的扶正力可将仪器推离遇阻点。新型缓冲短节在钻杆输送测井系统中使用时可减少仪器遇阻的概率,提高了施工的安全性。所设计的新型缓冲短节已在国内几个油田进行了使用,证明该新型缓冲短节具有较好的缓冲性能和脱阻性能。Aiming at the situation that the centralizing force of centralizing instruments in existing logging tools is only related to the displacement of the force bearing point but not related to the thrust of the instrument,as well as the buffer instruments only have the buffering function,the existing buffer sub is added with the centralizing function and automatic tripping function on the basis of maintaining the original buffering function by designing an adaptive centralizing structure on the existing buffer sub.The centralizing force can increase with the increase of the drag force,and the increasing centralizing force can push the instrument away from the point of obstruction.In the drill pipe transportation logging system,the probability of instrument obstruction is greatly reduced,and the construction safety is improved.At present,the new buffer sub has been applied in many oilfields.The effect shows that the new buffer sub has good buffer performance and unblocking performance.
