摘　　要：分布式光纤测井将井下光缆作为传感器,一次测量就可以获取整个光缆覆盖区域内的温度、声波等信号。作为分布式光纤测井传感器使用的光缆,除了要具有优秀的抗拉强度外,还必须具有耐高温、耐高压、抗腐蚀等特性。详细介绍了新型测井光缆的光纤选型原则和光单元封装流程。根据光纤声波传感与温度传感的不同特性,结合光纤本身的材料特性,选取G.652D型单模光纤作为声波传感光纤,选取OM1多模光纤作为温度传感光纤。同时,根据不同井下温度条件选用相应的光纤涂覆材料。分析了高温纤膏选型条件,选取了与光缆材料有较好相容性、可作为光纤缓冲材料、防水能力强、密封性好的光纤纤膏。通过将中心管式传感光缆作为基本组成单元,形成了完整的新型测井光缆产品序列。根据光纤测井不同的应用环境选择相应的传感光缆可以防止井下事故发生,提高作业效率。Distributed optical fiber logging uses underground optical fiber cables as sensors,which can obtain temperature,sound waves and other signals within the entire optical fiber cable coverage area in one measurement.As distributed optical fiber logging sensors,optical fiber cables must not only have excellent tensile strength,but also have characteristics such as high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.This article provides a detailed introduction on the selection principles of optical fibers and the packaging process of optical units for the new logging optical fiber cable.Considering the difference between optical fiber acoustic sensing and optical fiber temperature sensing,and combined with the characteristics of various optical fibers,G.652D single mode optical fiber was selected as the distributed acoustic sensing optical fiber,and OM1 multimode optical fiber was selected as the distributed temperature sensing optical fiber.Meanwhile,different optical fiber coating materials was selected based on the underground temperature.With analyses of the selection conditions for high-temperature fiber paste,fiber paste was selected which has good compatibility with optical cable materials,can be used as a buffer material for optical fibers and has strong waterproof ability and good sealing performance.By using the central tube type sensing optical fiber cable as the basic component unit,a complete product series of new logging optical fiber cable has been formed.Selecting corresponding sensing optical fiber cable according to the different application environments can prevent underground accidents and improve operational efficiency.
