摘　　要：修订的设备监理行业国家标准《设备工程监理规范》(GB/T 26429—2022)于2022年8月1日实施。2022版标准无论在结构上还是内容上都有很大的变化。新版标准目录由2010版的7章增至2022版的11章,二级目录从11个增至41个;删除了2010版中的资料性附录,增加了设备监理原则、启动过程与活动和收尾过程与活动3章内容,其中部分内容做了编辑性修改。基于项目管理理念和方法,将设备监理活动延伸至设备的现场验收、质量保证期的检修和再制造监理,内容更加丰富、具体和细化,对设备监理机构和设备监理工程师开展设备工程监理会产生较大的影响。深入地分析这些变化对设备监理实践具有指导作用。The revised national standard of Specification for Plant Project Management and Supervision(GB/T 26429—2022)has been implemented on August 1st,2022.The 2022 edition is modified in both the structure and content.The contents of the new edition have increased from 7 chapters in the 2010 edition to 11 chapters,and the secondary catalogue has increased from 11 to 41.The informative appendix of 2010 edition has been deleted.Three chapters of Equipment Supervision Principles,Start-up Process and Activities and Closing Process and Activities are added.Some contents have been editorially revised.Based on the project management concept and method,the equipment supervision activities are extended to the on-site acceptance of equipment,the maintenance and remanufacturing supervision during the quality assurance period.The content of the specification is richer,more specific and detailed,which will have a profound impact on the equipment supervision organization and engineers to carry out equipment supervision.The in-depth interpretation and summary of these changes have a guiding role for the implementation of the equipment supervision.
