摘  要:可饱和吸收体激光器具有输出功率大、峰值功率高的特点,在军事、加工、医疗和科学研究领域有广泛的用途,常用于测距、电子器件微加工、大气检测、光谱研究、外科和眼科手术、等离子体诊断、脉冲全息照相以及激光核聚变等方面。近年来,将钙钛矿结构的材料作为可饱和吸收体的激光器比较少,但钙钛矿材料凭借其优异的光电性能作为可饱和吸收体在激光器领域有着出色的表现。本文综述了使用钙钛矿可饱和吸收体的激光器研究进展。最后,对钙钛矿可饱和吸收体激光器在2μm领域的未来发展进行了展望。The saturable absorber laser has the characteristics of high output power and high peak power.It is widely used in military,processing,medical treatment and scientific research fields.It is commonly used for ranging,micro processing of electronic devices,atmospheric detection,spectral research,surgery and Ophthalmology,plasma diagnosis,pulse holography and laser nuclear fusion.In recent years,there are few lasers using perovskite structure materials as saturable absorbers,but perovskite materials have excellent performance in the laser field due to their excellent photoelectric properties.In this paper,the research progress of laser based on perovskite saturable absorber is reviewed and the future development direction of perovskite saturable absorber laser in the 2μm field is prospected.
