摘　　要：基于压缩感知理论的关联成像是用与信号的稀疏表达基不相关的测量基,对信号作投影测量再利用测量矩阵和探测数据通过计算成像的方式重构高光谱图像,因此使用压缩感知成像系统进行光谱成像时必须通过标定获取其测量矩阵。本文搭建了一套高光谱关联成像标定系统,通过干涉截止滤光片完成了高光谱关联成像标定系统中薄膜器件的设计。选择K9玻璃作为基片材料,五氧化二钽(Ta_(2)O_5)和二氧化硅(SiO_(2))为高、低折射率材料。根据光学薄膜基础理论,结合Essential Macleod膜系设计软件实现了膜层的设计,在OZZSQ900型箱式真空镀膜机上完成了薄膜的制备,采用Lamda1050分光光度计测试在350~380 nm范围的反射率为99.61%,400~740 nm范围的反射率为0.98%,该研究具有重要的实际意义和工程价值。Correlation imaging based on compressed sensing theory is a projective measurement of the signal using a measurement matrix that is uncorrelated with the sparse expression base of the signal.The measurement matrix and detection data are then used to reconstruct the hyperspectral image by computational imaging.Therefore,the measurement matrix must be obtained by calibration using the compressed sensing imaging system for spectral imaging.In this paper,a set of hyperspectral correlation imaging calibration system is built,and the design of thin-film devices in the hyperspectral correlation imaging calibration system is completed through the interference cut-off filter.K9 glass is selected as the substrate material,and tantalum pentoxide(Ta 2O 5)and silicon dioxide(SiO 2)are chosen as high and low refractive index materials.According to the basic theory of optical thin films,the design of the film layer is realized by combining with the Essential Macleod film system design software.The film is prepared on OZZSQ900 box-type vacuum coating machine,the reflectivity in the range of 350~380 nm is 99.61%and the reflectivity in the range of 400~740 nm is 0.98%by Lamda1050 spectrophotometer.The research has important practical significance and engineering value.
