摘 要:中小学心理健康教师职业焦虑的形成原因主要有三方面:一职多能的岗位要求加重教师工作负担,家长高期待超过教师的角色定位,个人专业发展缺乏必要的支持条件。在此影响下,中小学心理健康教师面临以压力性焦虑和发展性焦虑为表征的职业焦虑。为此建议:全社会形成关心教师职业心理健康的氛围,学校建立清晰独立的心理健康教育工作机制,学生家长明晰学校心理健康教师的职责,同行间建立起交流和共同成长平台,家庭教育和青少年心理咨询课程纳入教师培养体系,中小学心理健康教师的工作职能从心理健康维护向心理素质增强转变。There are three main reasons for the formation of the occupational anxiety of the mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools:the multi-functional post requirements increase teachers′work burden,the parents′high expectations exceed teachers′role functions,and the teachers′individual professional development lacks the necessary supporting conditions.Under the influence of these three factors,the mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools are faced with the occupational anxiety characterized by stress anxiety and developmental anxiety.Therefore,it is recommended to create an atmosphere for the whole society to care about teachers′mental health,establish a clear and independent working mechanism for mental health education in schools,let parents clarify the responsibilities of school mental health teachers,establish a platform for peer communication and common growth,incorporate family education and adolescent psychological counseling courses into the teacher training system,and transform the work function of mental health education in primary and secondary schools from maintaining mental health to enhancing psychological quality.
