摘　　要：制备了油膏、水剂以及膏霜三种不同剂型的化妆品,评估其保湿效果。参考QB/T 4256-2011《化妆品保湿功效评价指南》,选择25名21~59岁中国健康受试者作为研究对象,在前臂内侧使用样品后,2h、4 h和8 h分别测试皮肤角质层含水量和经皮失水值,评估不同产品的保湿效果。结果显示,膏霜剂型在2h、4 h和8 h的保湿效果优于油膏和水剂体系;油膏体系在4 h后皮肤含水量和经皮失水基本保持平衡,水剂有下降的趋势。Three different dosage forms of ointment,toner and cream were prepared to evaluate the moisturizing effect.Referring to the"QB/T 4256-2011"cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guide,25 Chinese healthy subjects aged 21~59 were selected as research subjects,and after using samples on the inside of the forearm,the water content and percutaneous water loss value of the stratum corneum of the skin were tested for 2 h,4 h and 8 h,respectively,to evaluate the moisturizing effect of different products.The results showed that the moisturizing effect of the cream dosage form at 2 h,4 h and 8 h was better than that of the ointment and water system.After 4 hours of the ointment system,the skin water content and percutaneous water loss basically remained balanced,and the water agent had a downward trend.
