低血糖指数膳食在妊娠期糖尿病营养治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)营养治疗中应用低血糖指数膳食模式的应用价值。方法选取104例GDM患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组52例。对照组接受常规营养治疗,在此基础上,观察组应用低血糖指数膳食模式。比较两组的血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]及不良妊娠结局情况。结果治疗前,两组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c及HOMA-IR水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的FBG、2hPG、HbA1c及HOMA-IR水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良妊娠结局率分别为3.85%、17.31%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低血糖指数膳食模式可有效控制GDM患者血糖水平,减轻胰岛素抵抗程度,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application value of low glycemic index dietary model in the nutritional treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 104 GDM patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nutritional treatment,on the basis of which,the observation group was treated with a low glycemic index dietary pattern.Blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),hemoglobin alc(HbAlc),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)]and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 h PG and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and HOMA-IR in the observation group was also lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)The adverse pregnancy outcome rate was 3.85%in observation group and 17.31%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The low glycemic index dietary pattern can effectively control the blood glucose level of GDM patients,reduce the degree of insulin resistance,and improve the pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
