司维拉姆联合低钙透析液治疗慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的 分析司维拉姆联合低钙透析液治疗慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的有效性及安全性。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的50例慢性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组(n=25,低钙透析液治疗)和观察组(n=25,司维拉姆联合低钙透析液治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的血肌酐(Scr)及尿素氮(BUN)水平低于常规组,内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血磷、全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)及成纤维细胞生长因子-23(FGF-23)水平均低于常规组,血钙水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率为4.00%,低于常规组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论 司维拉姆联合低钙透析液治疗慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者可取得安全高效的理想疗效。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of sevelamer combined with low calcium dialysate in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic renal failure admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into routine group(n=25,low calcium dialysate treatment)and observation group(n=25,sevelamer combined with low calcium dialysate treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum phosphorus,intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)and fibroblast growth factor-23(FGF-23)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the level of serum calcium was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sevelamer combined with low calcium dialysate in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure can achieve safe and efficient ideal curative effect.
