摘　　要：目的 探讨温针灸督脉联合苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的效果及对内分泌、排卵功能的影响。方法 选取2019年3月至2021年5月收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机原则将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。研究组给予温针灸督脉联合苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗,对照组给予苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,研究组的雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平高于对照组,促黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的卵泡个数少于对照组,最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的月经不调、头顶脱发、体毛茂盛、肥胖评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 温针灸督脉联合苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者,有助于改善其内分泌、排卵功能,临床效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture on governor vessel combined with Congrong Yishen granule in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and its influences on endocrine and ovulation function.Methods A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted from March 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group according to the random principle,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with warm acupuncture on governor vessel combined with Congrong Yishen granule,while the control group was treated with Congrong Yishen granule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E_(2))and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of luteinizing hormone(LH)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of follicles in the study group was less than that in the control group,the maximum follicle diameter and endometrial thickness were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of irregular menstruation,hair loss,luxuriant body hair and obesity in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture on governor vessel combined with Congrong Yishen granule in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome is helpful to improve endocrine and ovulation function,and has significant clinical effect.
