摘 要:目的探讨尿液样本未酸化对尿钙检测结果准确性和稳定性的影响。方法于2023年2月21日9:00-10:00收集41名志愿者的随机尿液样本各10 ml(收集容器不添加任何酸或防腐剂)。样本收集后立即检测pH值。然后将每份样本分装为2管,每管5 ml。其中一管不进行酸化;另一管加入2~3滴6.0 mol/L的盐酸进行酸化,使样本pH值保持在1~3之间。最后将样本进行二次分装,即每管样本(5 ml)分装为5管,每管1 ml。其中一管分装完成后立即检测尿钙,将检测结果作为基线数据(Day0);其余样本保存于欧陆中心实验室(保存温度5~30℃),分别于第1天(Day1)、第2天(Day2)、第3天(Day3)和第7天(Day7)检测尿钙。分析未酸化样本和酸化样本不同时间点尿钙检测结果的可比性。结果未酸化样本各个时间点的尿钙检测结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);酸化样本各个时间点的尿钙检测结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);未酸化样本和酸化样本各个时间点的尿钙检测结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿液样本未酸化不会影响尿钙检测结果的准确性和稳定性,因此酸化并不是尿钙检测的先决条件。Objective The influence of urine samples without acidification on the accuracy and stability of detection results for urine calcium was investigated.Methods With random collection of urine samples with each 10 ml from 41 volunteers(the collection container did not contain any acid or preservatives),the pH value was immediately detected after sample collection.Then,each sample was divided into 2 tubes,each containing 5 ml.With one of the samples without acidification and 2-3 drops of 6.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid added to the other tube for acidification,keeping the pH value of the sample between 1-3,finally,the samples were repackaged,meaning that each tube of sample(5 ml)was divided into 5 tubes,with 1 ml per tube.After packaging,for one tube,urinary calcium was immediately tested,with the test results as baseline data(Day0).The remaining samples were stored in the Central Laboratory of Eurofins(storage temperature 5-30℃),and urine calcium was detected on Day 1,Day 2,Day 3,and Day 7,respectively.The comparability of urine calcium test results between non acidified samples and acidified samples at different time points was analyzed.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the urine calcium test results of non acidified samples at different time points(P>0.05);There were no statistically significant differences in the urine calcium test results of acidified samples at different time points(P>0.05);There were no statistically significant differences in the urine calcium test results between the non acidified and acidified samples at different time points(P>0.05).Conclusion The unacidified urine sample does not affect the accuracy and stability of urine calcium test results,so acidification is not a prerequisite for detecting urinary calcium.
