镇静药物在儿童影像学检查中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：儿童是临床诊疗中的一类特殊群体,常因交流障碍、恐惧、焦虑无法配合影像学检查,需给予适当的镇静药物以帮助其完成检查。但儿童影像学检查要求镇静药物必须在保证镇静效果的同时不引起呼吸抑制且苏醒迅速,这对麻醉医师提出了更高的要求。该研究就镇静药物在儿童影像学检查中应用的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床用药提供参考。Children,as a special group in clinical diagnosis and treatment,are often unable to cooperate with imaging examinations due to communication disorders,fear,and anxiety.Therefore,appropriate sedatives need to be given to help them complete the examination.However,the imaging examination for children requires sedative drugs to ensure the sedative effect without causing respiratory depression and rapid recovery,which puts higher demands on anesthesiologists.In this article,the research progress on the application of sedative drugs in pediatric imaging examinations was reviewed,with the aim of providing reference for clinical drug applications.
