摘 要:目的探讨醒脑开窍针法配额三针联合序贯情景视听刺激对脑外伤最小意识状态患者神经电生理指标的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月于本院收治的脑外伤最小意识状态患者50例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。两组入院后均给予最小意识状态的常规西医治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上联用序贯情景视听刺激疗法,治疗组则给予醒脑开窍针法配额三针联合序贯情景视听刺激疗法。对比两组患者不同治疗结果。结果治疗组的苏醒率明显较高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的行为学评估指标、EEG分级、脑干听觉诱发电位潜伏期、体感诱发电位潜伏期和事件相关电位潜伏期均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针法配额三针联合序贯情景视听刺激治疗脑外伤最小意识状态可充分激活大脑皮质兴奋性,促进患者苏醒。Objective To explore the effect of three needles of Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture quota combined with sequential scene audiovisual stimulation on neuroelectrophysiological indexes in patients with Minimally conscious state after brain injury.Methods Fifty patients with minimal consciousness after traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 25 cases in each group.After admission,both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment with minimal consciousness.The control group was given sequential episodic audio-visual stimulation therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given brain opening acupuncture quota of three needles combined with sequential episodic audio-visual stimulation therapy.The different treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The behavioral evaluation indexes,EEG grading,brainstem auditory evoked potential latency,somatosensory evoked potential latency and eventrelated potential latency were significantly improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture quota of three needles combined with sequential audio-visual stimulation in the treatment of minimally conscious state of traumatic brain injury can fully activate cerebral cortex excitability and promote patients to wake up.
